Job Duties Supervise and co-ordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Establish work schedules and assign daily tasks Oversee blueberry crop operations, including pruning, fertilizing, irrigation and pest control Supervise harvest operations and monitor berry yield and quality Ensure farm health and safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain production records, work records and logs Hire and train farm workers, including training on the secure use of farm machinery Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and perform general farm duties as required Education and Experience Completion of high school is required More than 1 year of experience is required in related field.
