Whether you already have some industry experience or are looking to start a career in tree care, we're willing to train the right person.We work hard, we climb high, and we celebrate our wins together - including our annual company fishing trip and other team events.What You'll DoWork alongside experienced arborists and climbing crews on municipal, commercial, and residential projectsAssist climbers with ropes, rigging, lowering operations and job-site organizationDrag, process, chip and clean up branches and tree debrisOperate and maintain chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders and other arborist equipment as training and experience allowAssist with setting up and maintaining safe work zones, including traffic and pedestrian controlLearn proper pruning, tree removal, rigging and arboriculture techniques from experienced crew membersPerform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditionsHelp keep trucks, equipment and job sites clean and organizedWork closely with the crew to complete jobs safely, efficiently and professionallyUphold the DC Tree Services commitment to safety,
