On behalf of our client, Kletke Seeds Farm, we are recruiting for a Treating Line Technician. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Treating Line Technician leads all activities related to the treatment of seeds. The Treating Line Technician is the key team member treating alfalfa, canola, or soybeans using predetermined chemical formulas ensuring a quality product.As the Treating Line Technician, you will:Ensure the treating formula is accurate for each customerOperate plant treating machinery in accordance with standard operating proceduresConstantly monitor the treated seed for quality controlHandle chemicals in a secure manner ensuring MSDS information is attached to decanted productKeep abreast of new and alternative methods of seed processingKeep all work areas clean and tidyOperate a forkliftFacilitate proper documentation of process through use of ERP system (Deacom)Assist in training new treating line employeesContribute to and participate in the success of our Quality Management SystemMeet all legal and other requirements (e.G. Workplace Safety and Health, Environment Act,
