Ensure 100% guest satisfaction through appropriate guest service practices; operate Restaurant at or above established standards; achieving budgeted revenues and maintaining expenses. Reports to the General Manager.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccountable for the overall operation of the restaurant and loungePrepare and execute yearly objectives aligned with business goalsManage, supervise, and participate in the training and development of restaurant team membersMaintain effective employee relations and conduct regular team meetingsRecruit, hire, train, and evaluate all Restaurant and Lounge staff in conjunction with the General Manager and HRImplement corporate and in-house promotions related to Food & BeverageEnsure Food and Beverage controls are in place and consistently followedComplete month-end procedures including inventories, costing, and analysisEnsure service standards are followed, including design and implementation of menusProgram and maintain the Micros point of sale systemAssist, as needed, with banquets and group functionsAssist the Chef and General Manager with budgeting and forecastingEnsure superior cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all timesParticipate in rotating Manager-on-Duty shiftsReport all unsafe or unhealthy workplace conditionsEnsure all Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities are adhered toMaintain a clean, professional appearance in accordance with standardsEnsure full uniform compliance,
