Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression as a Host.
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions about menu items, specials, and restaurant amenities with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Manage phone inquiries professionally using excellent phone etiquette, taking reservations or providing information as needed.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members using strong communication skills to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.




- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS confidently to process orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; eagerness to learn is essential.
- Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach to customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, such as hotel experience or customer service excellence, is a plus.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for handling reservations or guest inquiries professionally.
