Your Day-to-Day

You’ll provide professional cleaning services for residential homes and commercial spaces throughout Victoria.

Your work may include:

- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Cleaning surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and high-touch areas
- Following Pearly’s cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Caring for homes and businesses with respect and attention to detail
- Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment organized
- Communicating professionally with clients and teammates
- Working independently and as part of a supportive team

What You’ll Need

- Located in Victoria, BC
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Clear, professional communication skills in English




- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Ability to perform physical work for several hours, including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and lifting up to 20 lbs
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
