Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet cleanliness standards.
- Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after each shift.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.




- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially within a commercial or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and the proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas meet quality expectations.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions when necessary.
