In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, furniture, and fixtures, adhering to established standards.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and environmentally friendly cleaning practices.




- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after use.
- Provide courteous service to guests by responding promptly to special requests or concerns related to housekeeping.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and hospitality environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
