Job Role : Resource Management Lead

Dikshatek is looking for an experienced RMG Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations in Canada, ensure compliance, support employees, and partner with the business as we grow our Canada operations.

Qualifications

✅ 4+ years of HR experience, in the IT industry.

✅ Strong knowledge of Canadian employment standards, payroll, benefits, taxation, and HR compliance.

✅ Experience in end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

✅ Experience handling employment contracts, HR policies, and statutory requirements in Canada.

✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Exposure to HRIS, AI, and HR automation is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities





✅ Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle for Canada.

✅ Ensure compliance with applicable employment standards, HR policies, payroll, and benefits requirements.

✅ Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring, engagement, retention, and performance.

✅ Support onboarding, employee relations, and exits.

✅ Manage vendors, procurement, and cost optimization.

✅ Drive process improvements and AI adoption.

Pay: $48,558.51-$70,000.00 per year
