Armanch Inc. needs several HVAC helpers and installers for installing of heat pump, furnace, water heater, air handler, etc.

An HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) helper typically assists HVAC technicians or mechanics in various tasks related to installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

The specific duties can vary depending on the employer and the level of experience of the helper, but they generally include:

Hiring HVAC helpers conditions

Assisting in Installations Helping with the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and other components under the guidance of a technician.

Maintenance Tasks

Assisting in routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing filters, as well as lubricating moving parts.

Repair Work

Assisting in diagnosing problems and making repairs to HVAC systems under supervision, which could involve fixing leaks, replacing parts, or adjusting settings.

Fetching Tools and Materials

Gathering necessary tools, equipment,



and materials for technicians while they work on HVAC systems.

Learning and Training

Learning about HVAC systems, tools, and techniques on the job to gain experience and potentially progress to higher positions within the field.

Following Safety Procedures

Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working setting for oneself and colleagues.

Customer Interaction

Occasionally interacting with customers to provide assistance or information under the guidance of a senior technician.

Qualifications

- Canada work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adhere to safety precautions and maintain a safe work environment.
- Valid and clear driver's license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
- WHMIS Certification
- Own all essential tools
