We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You’ll be working on a mix of residential and commercial systems, so no two days are exactly the same.

Journeyman status is strongly preferred, and if you know your way around boilers, even better.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Journeyman certification/status strongly preferred
- Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skills — you actually enjoy figuring out why it isn't working
- Good attention to detail and pride in doing the job properly
- Customer-service skills — because being good with people is just as important as being good with equipment
- Able to complete paperwork accurately and on time (yes, we really do need those service reports)
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage your day without someone constantly looking over your shoulder
- A team player who is willing to help out and doesn't disappear when the job gets interesting
- Boiler experience is a big plus
- A professional attitude and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Troubleshooting problems and figuring out what’s actually going on
- Talking with customers, explaining repairs,



and making sure they understand what’s happening
- Completing service reports and paperwork accurately and promptly
- Working alongside a solid team of technicians and supporting each other when needed
- Keeping your work area, truck, tools, and job sites clean and organized
- Providing quality workmanship and a level of customer service that makes people happy they called us
