and supervisors across multiple job sitesManage last-minute changes, callouts, and schedule gapsCommunicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the dayEnsure all sites are fully staffed and running efficientlySolve problems in real time and adjust plans quicklyTrack attendance, availability, and shift coverageSupport operations and improve workflow processesRequirementsMust have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an assetProficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and dispatching systemsSiteDocs experience is an assetReliable, accountable, and able to take initiativeAbility to handle pressure and make quick operational decisionsFast paced and high-volume operationsBased out of our Richmond office with possibility of some hybrid after 6 months but no guaranteeMust be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends$50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
