This role leads cross‐functional technical teams through the full lifecycle of intake, design, development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high‐quality execution aligned with business and customer goals.This position goes beyond traditional project management. It blends delivery leadership, people management, and operational excellence to enable self‐directed teams to thrive while delivering complex, API‐driven software solutions at scale.What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)7+ years of experience in software product development, preferably within martech or platform‐based environments3+ years leading delivery of API‐driven software and services using Agile and Waterfall frameworks1+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams,
