We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for payroll management and financial concepts to contribute to our team.Duties:Establish and maintain confidential employee filesReconcile time entry of Employees' Timecards to Excel for accurate flow of - Time entry information in the Payroll SystemTimely Process of Payroll bi-weeklyVerify pay amounts, hours of work, deductions, etc...Preparation of reports following the Payroll process (Seniority, Unpaid hrs, Mileage)Preparation of Vacation, Banked time, Sick time reportsAssist with running the MakeShift scheduling software and ensuring proper timecard links for payroll purposesMaintenance of Quarterly WorkSafe report (Data confirmation from Payroll system)Tax year-end processesAnnual Statutory Reporting filings (MPP, WCB, - working along with the Director of Finance and Business Management)Administering advantages for employeesWhat you bring to the job:Payroll experience (ADP Payroll system experience preferred)Ability to operate in a fast-paced,



dynamic environmentGood knowledge of benefits policies, reconciliation, and Statutory regulations/requirements is an assetStrong attention to detailExperience working with Microsoft ExcelAbility to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracyAbility to communicate courteously and effectively in writing, in person and on the telephoneAbility to maintain confidentiality in working with employee informationAbility to work effectively as a team with good interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of Human Resources and Payroll interdependence and good knowledge around it is an assetScheduling software (i.E.
