Your role will be to plan the production of certain cells in our factory.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the interdependencies within the manufacturing environment itself as well as those with other groups.Identify / optimize cell bottlenecks to ensure adherence to the overall production plan on schedule.Perform daily monitoring of scheduling plans and make any necessary adjustments.Act as a resource person for customer service, engineering,



project management and manufacturing cells.Make recommendations for staff adjustments or leveling of production according to the horizontal plan (workload vs capacity).Analyze the availability of material inputs in order to adjust the workload release plan accordingly and collaborate with the purchasing department to mitigate the impacts on the production plan.Analyze the recent requirements of the master plan and make the necessary changes.Work closely with engineering groups and project planners to meet deadlines.Promote clear communication between the parties and ensure follow-ups.Minimum QualificationsRelevant bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or administration.At least three years of relevant experience or training in the field.Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills; Ability to define problems, gather information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Ability to understand the different assembly sequences and identify bottlenecksExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision and ensure on-time execution of tasks.Teamwork and interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate effectively with different groups, colleagues & internal clientsAble to provide customer support & present information clearly to various stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite; such as Excel.Thrives in a fast-paced and high-tension environment.Bilingualism in French and English is required.Prefered QualificationsAbility to generate reports with databases using SQL, VBA, Power Query Language M, Power BI not required but definitely a plus.Familiarity with an integrated management system (ERP),
