AgeCare Walden Heights in Calgary is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, reporting to the Director of Care. The role focuses on planned, patient-oriented nursing care in line with provincial standards.

You will work with an inter-qualified team, manage care assessments and care/service plans, support move-in/out and transfers, and ensure documentation and medication administration meet regulatory requirements.
