We’re looking for a Bakery Supervisor who’s passionate about creating delightful experiences for our customers and supporting a great in-store team. You’ll play a key role in leading daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, freshness, and excellent service while helping the team bring our bakery vision to life.

Here’s where you’ll have an impact:

- Lead, train, and support bakery team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive, engaging work environment.

- Oversee daily production, merchandising, and product presentation to ensure freshness, quality, and visual appeal.

- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste while meeting sales and margin targets.

- Support scheduling, task delegation,



and adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health standards.

- Step in to manage departmental operations in the absence of the Bakery Manager or Assistant Manager.

What you bring to the table:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 12 months of bakery or related retail experience.

- Solid understanding of bakery operations, including production and merchandising.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
