Job : Ora Aura Studio & Mobile Spa is seeking certified, passionate, and reliable independent Beauty and Spa Specialists to join our premium dispatch and booking network. We connect elite technicians with clients for luxury mobile, in-home spa dispatches across the GTA, as well as appointments at our designated downtown studio base.If you want to grow your clientele with zero marketing stress, zero fixed overhead costs, and total control over your availability, this is the perfect freelance prospect. We provide the client database, marketing machine, and booking software—you provide the professional expertise!

HOURS OF WORK & SCHEDULING:Enjoy the flexibility of a freelance lifestyle combined with the structure of a premium booking network. You submit your general availability timeline based on our core operational time blocks:

- Day Shift Block: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Late Shift Block: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Committed Bookings: You choose your availability blocks. However, once a client books a slot within your chosen window (for example, a 10:00 AM booking), you are contractually expected to fulfill that appointment.
- Schedule Updates: Because our system locks calendar edits on contractor devices to protect active client bookings, any changes to your regular availability or planned time-off requests must be messaged to management via WhatsApp at least fourteen (14) days in advance whenever reasonably possible.

AVAILABLE ROLES / SPECIALTIES: We are currently filling contractor profiles for certified specialists in the following areas:
- Lash Technicians: Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume applications.
- Facial & Skin Care Specialists / Estheticians: Premium skin treatments and facials.
- Waxing Specialists: Full-body hair removal services.
- Relaxation Massage Specialists:



Premium spa and holistic relaxation bodywork (Non-RMT but holistic approach relaxation massage or thai).
- Hair Stylists: Precision , professional styling, and mobile event/bridal updos.
- Makeup Artists: Bridal, event, and high-glam makeup applications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform high-quality, professional beauty or spa treatments up to company hospitality standards.
- Fulfill assigned client dispatches at either our designated downtown studio location or the client's private residence (mobile spa dispatches).
- Use your personal smartphone device and mobile data plan to log into the Square Team App to track confirmed bookings, process secure client checkouts, and manage invoicing on-site.
- Conduct thorough client intake assessments, verify health contraindications, and secure informed client consent prior to performing any treatment.
- Maintain strict sanitation, infection control, and tools disinfection protocols in accordance with Ontario Public Health guidelines.
- Treat all clients with absolute kindness, professionalism, and complete respect, adhering to a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination.

COMPENSATION, COMMISSIONS & PERKS: We operate on a highly rewarding, competitive Three-Tier Performance Commission Split based on your successfully completed bookings:

- Tier 1 (Probationary Tier): Receive a 40% commission split on your first 35 completed appointments (Company retains 60%).




- Tier 2 (Specialist Tier): Automatically graduate to a 45% commission split for your next 25 successful appointments (Company retains 55%).
- Tier 3 (Elite Master Tier): Permanently earn a 50% commission split on all future dispatches!
- 100% Client Tips: You retain 100% of all digital and cash gratuities earned through your services.
- Elite Tier Discount: Reaching Tier 3 unlocks a permanent 20% corporate discount on retail products and personal beauty services purchased directly from the company for personal use.
- Background Check Bonus: Contractors must provide a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) upfront. The Company will fully refund your background check processing fee as a cash bonus on the exact day you graduate to Tier 2 status!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & TOOLS:
- Accredited Certification: A valid diploma, certificate, or license in your specific beauty/spa trade.
- Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID.
- Independent Kit: 100% ownership of your own professional kit, beauty products, specialized tools, and portable setups (e.g., portable treatment table for mobile dispatches).
- Technology: A personal smartphone device with an active, independent wireless mobile data plan to run the Square Team App for client transactions.
- Background Check: Ability to obtain and clear an enhanced Criminal Record Check (CRJMC) prior to profile activation (Triton Canada digital portal suggested).
- Agreement: All selected contractors must sign a formal 6-Month Independent Contractor Agreement before receiving active client dispatches.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
