About the RoleGCS Group is a telecom infrastructure contractor operating out of Red Deer, AB. We run active HDD crews on fibre and utility projects and we need an Intermediate Skid Steer Operator who can work efficiently within a busy construction environment. At this level, we expect you to bring real experience to the machine and real value to the crew.Role OverviewYou'll be running a skid steer as a core part of our HDD telecom operations — not just moving material, but making smart, protected decisions that keep the whole site productive. You'll work closely with drillers, locators, and site supervisors and be expected to anticipate needs and operate with confidence.Key DutiesEfficiently operate skid steer equipment in support of HDD and telecom installationsPerform precision work in tight urban and suburban job site conditionsManage spoil handling, grading, and surface cleanup throughout the project lifecycleLoad, move,
