and more importantly to provide the feedback loop to support investment decision making.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGWork under the supervision of the Performance & Analytics branch to assist with various projects, performance reporting, and daily & monthly tasksOne co-op position is available: working with a Manager of Client PerformanceCollect, organize and analyze performance data to support the team's deliverablesAutomate and enhance existing processes, recommend innovative solutions and work collaboratively in a team environmentAssist with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to visualize the performance results and communicate compelling messages behind the numbersParticipate in cross functional initiatives and interact with other groups as appropriateAd-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the teamREQUIRED SKILLSA fundamental knowledge of basic business and investment-related disciplines is essentialAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingExhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, excellent product quality, and attention to detailHas an interest in investment management, a dedication to hard work, commitment to the highest ethical standards, and an eagerness to learnStrong research skills combined with analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to use MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OutlookExperience with any of Python, SQL, VBA, Bloomberg & Power BI is desirableExperience with AI tools is desirableWHAT WE OFFERExcellent career development and training by helping the candidate to understand the tools,
