Cam Tran offers a competitive total compensation package and fosters a strong, values‐driven culture built on integrity, teamwork, and respect.About the RoleThe Industrial Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment throughout the facility, from winding machines to vacuum chambers and fabrication equipment. This role involves reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance while collaborating closely with the broader maintenance team to minimize downtime. This is a hands‐on role for a Red Seal Certified Millwright who enjoys problem‐solving in a fast paced manufacturing environment.Position TasksInstall, dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, as requiredRead blueprints, diagrams/ schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures and, perform predictive and operational maintenance to equipment.Input, review and update all maintenance related requests and actions in C-works and other systems as requiredCommunicate with maintenance employees to exchange technical information to facilitate teamwork in the troubleshooting and repair process while coaching and mentoring Maintenance (OEE) technicians.Repairs and maintains all equipment and machines to ensure safe and reliable operation of all machinery while minimizing downtimeCollaborates with the Maintenance Supervisor to develop workplans for short and long term projects as required.Follows company escalation process ensuring appropriate personnel are aware of the problem,



the repair and the root cause.Analyzes data trends to implement actions plans to ensure predictive maintenance.Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks, lift trucks etc. to position machinery and parts during the installation, set‐up and repair of machineryOperate standard equipment including but not limited to multimeters, grinders, welders, verniers, micrometers, cutting torches, and band sawInspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctionsUse different testing and analysis to resolve problems (laser alignment tooling and vibrational analysis)Adjust machinery and repair (including painting duties) or replace defective partsAssemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipmentOperate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during maintenance or set‐up of machinery (tack welding)Clean and perform other routine maintenance work on machineryConstruct user instructions and preventative maintenance instructions for machinery as a referenceUnderstand the transformer fabrication and manufacturing process and investigate process improvementsGather quotes and follow up on pricing requests from SupervisorAdhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures while performing duties as assigned by SupervisorOther duties as assigned.RequirementsQualificationsIndustrial Millwright Red Seal Licensed requiredMinimum five years' experience repairing equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environmentKnowledge of computer software such as MSO (project management software), Microsoft Excel/Word, OutlookTechnical training and/or college diploma in mechanical/electrical would be considered an assetExperience with electrical, pneumatics, and controls are preferredKnowledge of transformer manufacturing is considered an assetSkillsMust be well organized,
