Your role also includes preparing technical reports and handling emergency calls on a rotating basis with the team. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction by providing strong technical leadership and ensuring thorough follow-up on installations.Summary of tasksMaintenance and Service InterventionsPerform inspections, maintenance,



and repairs on mechanical and hydraulic installations.Identify and correct critical issues.Customer Support and AdvisoryRespond to client emergency calls and intervene promptly to resolve issues.Represent the company during courtesy visits.Provide inspection services and participate in deficiency and warranty management.Collaboration and ExpertiseWork closely with other technicians, service engineers, project managers, and the site supervisor.Prepare and archive detailed service reports.Support the Installation department as needed for new installations.Optimization and Continuous ImprovementAnalyze recurring failures and complex issues to recommend technical modifications or adjustments to maintenance programs.Act as a liaison with service engineers to suggest design improvements based on service history.Your profileEducation and QualificationsDiploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Industrial Mechanics or any other relevant field (construction mechanics, hydraulics, mechanical engineering technology, etc.)Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleSkills and ExperienceExperience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.Technical analytical skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and hydraulic issues.Ability to read complex technical drawings and strong knowledge of the metric system.Communication and customer relations:
