Independent Vinyl Flooring Subcontractor – Belleville/TrentonLocation: Belleville/Trenton & surrounding areasPosition Type: Independent Contractor / Project‐BasedOverviewWe are seeking skilled and reliable Vinyl Flooring Subcontractors to support ongoing multi‐residential renovation and apartment turnover projects across London.This role is ideal for professionals experienced in vinyl plank (LVP/LVT) installation who can deliver consistent, high‐quality results in a fast‐paced environment. All work is assigned using a pre‐approved pricing structure—no quoting required—with reliable bi‐weekly payments.Scope of WorkThe subcontractor will be responsible for vinyl flooring installation and related preparation tasks, including but not limited to:Installation of vinyl plank and tile flooring (LVP/LVT)Floor preparation (cleaning, leveling, minor patching, underlayment as required)Removal and disposal of existing flooring (as scoped)Installation of transitions, trims, and reducersCutting and fitting flooring around walls, cabinetry, and fixturesMinor subfloor repairs (non‐structural)Ensuring proper layout, alignment, and finish qualityCoordination with site supervisors and other tradesMaintaining clean and organized workspacesPricing & Payment Structure (Significant)All work is completed using a pre‐approved,
