The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce complex components with tight tolerances.This role requires strong technical expertise in machining processes, blueprint reading, and quality standards, with a focus on precision and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Set up, program (as required), and operate CNC mills and lathesInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specificationsMachine aerospace components to precise tolerances and specificationsSelect appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materialsPerform in-process inspections using precision measuring instrumentsTroubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for efficiencyMaintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environmentAdhere to all quality standards and aerospace compliance requirementsMay perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications / Experience:Certified Machinist (Journeyman or equivalent preferred)Minimum5 years of machining experience (preferred)Strong experience with CNC milling and turning (3-, 4-, or 5-axis is an asset)Proficiency in conventional machining techniquesStrong knowledge of G-code and/or conversational programmingExperience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM,
