We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position's focus is to ensure in house installers and sub trades are set up to perform their work with the required materials and project details to execute projects with ease and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a go getter attitude, experience moving construction materials, takes initiative and is proactive.

This role's primary responsibility will include;

· Ensuring installers and sub trades have all materials they need to complete their work, including doing pick ups in company vehicle often as required.

· Liaising with client homeowners to ensure communications are positive and productive between them, RidgeCrest, our installers and all others involved on project.

As our Install Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for;





· Assisting with preparing purchase orders for materials and supplies required for projects and maintaining organized records of all such orders.

· Being fully available and effectively responsive to address calls from RidgeCrest trades people, suppliers and clients is essential.

· Willing to incorporate flexibility into hours when necessary to meet homeowners or subcontractors.

Qualifications:

· Robust communication skills, both verbal and written

· A positive, initiative focused attitude with a proactive approach

· Experience with construction materials, specifically exterior materials

· Background in residential construction is an asset

· Clean Driving Record

· Clean Criminal Record
