:

As a core management team member your role as Installations Manager/Estimator is to optimally manage a wide range of projects, primarily residential exterior based renovations including home modifications and additions.

This position's focus is on ensuring all in house installers and sub trades are well set up to perform their work scopes on each project with an eye on ensuring installations quality is paramount and efficiency is also optimized.

This role's primary responsibility will include;

- Informing installers and sub trades of the specifics of their work on each project while managing the interplay and sequencing of the work to optimizing efficiencies.
- Ensuring installers and sub trades have all materials they need to complete their work, including doing pick ups in company vehicle often as required.
- Liaising with client homeowners to ensure communications are positive and productive between them and RidgeCrest and our installers and all others involved on project.
- Experience to estimate additional work costs requested by client homeowners so that office can produce a quote for that work.

As our Installations Manager/Estimator you will be responsible for;

- Directly responsible for managing and supporting our core group of in house installers as well as sub-trades in their sub contracts for installation of various exterior materials.
- Assisting with estimating the cost of labour, material and equipment; analyzing trade requirements/scope of work, as well as preparing tender documents for single and multi-family homes.
- Assisting with preparing purchase orders for materials and supplies required for projects,



maintaining organized records of all such orders.
- Negotiating prices and costs for materials and labour as required or considered prudent.
- Being fully available and effectively responsive to address calls from RidgeCrest trades people, suppliers and clients is essential.
- Willing to incorporate flexibility into hours when necessary to meet homeowners.
- Willing to manage a large scope of exterior installations from smaller residential to mid size commercial.

Pay: $84,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
