Paving Crew: Paver operator/labor/roller operators/screedResponsible for safety and efficiently performing labor tasks safety and efficientlyKey Responsibilities:SafetyWork safely to ensure the safety of themselves and those around themReport all incidents and near misses, assist with investigation and corrective actionComplete all Field Level Hazard Assessments prior to the start of each day and update as neededComplete pre-trip inspections prior to operating any equipmentFollow all company policies and proceduresWear all PPE for the tasks being completedMaintain a high housekeeping standardReport any anticipated loss of work time to supervisorRefrain from participating in violence or harassmentReport to work 'fit for duty'Ensure all pre-use equipment inspections are done prior to useEnsure all Hazard Assessments, Safe Operating Procedure and Protected Work Practices are reviewed,
