Joining Artelia means choosing a stimulating workplace where everyone plays a part in shaping a more sustainable and human‐centered world!Work location: OntarioJob DescriptionConstruction & Site Management key responsibilitiesLead day‐to‐day construction activities for MV substations, solar PV, and BESS projects; Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site; Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and commissioning activities; Ensure construction aligns with IFC drawings, specifications, and approved methods; Enforce site safety programs, toolbox talks, and HSE compliance; Monitor field team from inspectors and site supervisors (utility portfolio); Perform procurement activities; Prepare required permits; Schedule & Cost ControlDevelop and manage construction schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project); Track progress,productivity, and milestones; Review contractor invoices, change orders, and claims; Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures; Technical OversightOversee MV equipment installation (switchgear, transformers, protection systems); Supervise grounding, bonding, trenching, duct banks,
