Job Title: Tool Trailer CoordinatorLocation: Medicine Hat, ABWork Hours: Night Shift (7am to 7pm) 7 days a week until October 5,2026Pay Rate: $25.00/hr - Time and a half after 44 hrsTransportation: Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's licenceThis position is responsible for the day time operations of in office tool trailer. Duties include issuing tools to customers, inspecting returned tools, properly maintaining fleet levels within the operation and creating reporting mechanisms as needed.Essential Duties:Issue tools to customers and inspect returned tools from customers at onsite tool roomPerform visual safety inspections of all tooling and maintain Chain Hoist Certification recordsMaintain records of withdrawal and return of toolsResponsible for marking/entering tools in Total Control systemAssists in mobilization and setup of the trailer at the customer's siteMaintain a clean and presentable trailerPerform basic tool repair and troubleshootingActs as the primary contact for all customers on-siteAccountable for all Tool Trailer operations and provide guidance of supply to managementManage onsite Tool Trailer inventory; order or replace tools as neededUtilizing the TCR system, perform tasks including loading data, exporting data and generating reports as neededMust have basic computer skillsMust have steel-toed boots to wear on siteFast Labour Solutions is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
