You join the Service team and report into the Regional Service Manager - Eastern Canada.Short DescriptionThe Medical Gas Service Technician will be dispatched directly from their home to efficiently perform commissioning, preventative maintenance, fixed-price repair, and emergency service tasks for medical gas, air, and supply systems at various healthcare facilities located throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).Your day-to-dayConduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various medical supply systems including medical gas, medical air, medical vacuum, anesthetic drug scavanging systems and more. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.Be the on-site contact,



providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.Your Skills And ExperienceOSSD1-2 years' experience in mechanical and/or electrical equipment serviceValid G driver's license and clearn driver's abstractMechanical / Electrical troubleshooting proficiencyElectrical control circuit knowledgeProficient in the use of hand tools, test equipment, metresAble to read electrical schematics, blueprints, as-built drawingsExperience with CAN/CSA Standard Z7396.1-17 (Medical Gas Pipeline Systems) is an assetBilingual in English & French is an assetYour Compensation And BenefitsWe offer compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and responsibilities of the role.
