Registered Accounts SpecialistWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Registered Accounts Specialist to join our Wealth Operations team, reporting to the Supervisor, Registered Accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage RESP account administrationProcess RRSP withdrawalsPerform special processing for estates, home buyers, LLP, marriage breakdown, court orders, etc.Perform recurring events set up and ongoing support (PAC, SWP)Manage control account reconciliationRespond to client service inquiries related to registered productsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 1‐year registered accounts experiencePost‐secondary educationKnowledge of Registered Accounts/ProductsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, primarily ExcelExcellent communication and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentKnowledge of client tax reportingOvertime may be required during peak periodsThis role follows our in‐office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.Perks and Compensation:



The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
