Finning Canada is looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team in Prince George. In this role, you'll be the central point connecting customers, technicians, planners, supervisors, and support teams to ensure service work is planned, communicated, executed, and completed efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced workplace, enjoy coordinating multiple priorities, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Job Description: What You'll DoAs a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping maintenance and repair projects on track by managing documentation, coordinating resources, and ensuring stakeholders are informed every step of the way.Coordinate service jobs from initiation through completion and invoicingCreate and manage work orders, job documentation, and service recordsMonitor job progress, schedules, budgets, and customer commitmentsCommunicate regularly with customers and internal teams regarding repair status and timelinesSupport service planners and supervisors with job execution and scheduling activitiesCoordinate transportation, contractors, third-party services, and site access requirementsTrack and update service systems to ensure accurate information and reportingIdentify risks, delays, or issues that may impact customer commitments and elevate when requiredParticipate in pre-job, mid-job, and post-job reviews while documenting action itemsAssist with warranty administration, billing activities, and job close-out documentationEnsure service records are complete, accurate,
