ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned as required) Greet and seat guests Monitor a waiting list Manage a floor chart with available tables Communicate with guests who are waiting Answer the phone and fill to-go orders Anticipates customers needs,
