Payroll Manager – Multi-State Payroll Leadership OpportunityCompensation: $45 to $52 per hourWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and elevate our enterprise multi-state payroll function. This role leads end-to-end payroll operations, ensures compliance and accuracy, and drives process excellence across a growing organization.What You’ll DoLead and oversee accurate, timely processing of multi-state payroll, including salary, equity, bonuses, benefits, and taxesDrive system enhancements and lead implementations of new payroll platforms or upgradesEnsure all payroll regulatory filings are compliant and submitted within statutory deadlinesStay current on payroll regulations, advantages changes, and labor laws across multiple jurisdictionsSupport globalization initiatives, including compliant handling of tax-equalized employees and reportable benefitsBuild and maintain strong internal controls, compliance mechanisms, and standardized processesPartner cross-functionally to streamline procedures and deliver best-in-class payroll servicesWork closely with external auditors on 401(k), workers’ compensation, and financial statement auditsOversee payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and compensation updatesPrepare management reports and payroll analytics to support decision-makingWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar roleExtensive knowledge of payroll processes, internal controls,



and payroll tax complianceStrong understanding of multi-state payroll laws and regulationsExpertise in ADP Workforce Now (required)Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detailExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficient with payroll software and Microsoft Office SuiteEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of payroll management experienceExperience with payroll system implementations or major upgradesPreferred QualificationsBilingual in SpanishBenefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
