We are now looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our Head Office team in Coquitlam. The ideal candidate communicates effectively between internal teams, has excellent attention to detail, and is experienced with inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data entry for invoices, purchase orders and inventory movement
- Check inventory costing and price changes
- Reconcile discrepancies through effective communication with buyers, accounting department, and other relevant parties
- Inspect suppliers’ invoices and supporting documents to ensure accurate records of inventory




- Post invoices onto Sage 50, reviewing GST and PST input

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office software and Excel
- Experience in using Sage 50 is an asset
- Details oriented, time efficient, and willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- A quick learner and a team player, and able to follow supervisory instructions
- Knowledge of Cantonese/Mandarin is a strong asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
