We're looking for an Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to join our operations team. In this critical leadership role, you'll oversee inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence across the department.

This is an exciting prospect for a motivated leader who enjoys solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and making a direct impact on manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices and cycle count programs.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.




- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational performance and accountability.
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
- Lead annual physical inventory counts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and improve warehouse and inventory processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
- Champion workplace safety and promote a strong safety-first culture throughout the department.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

- Previous inventory management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- 3 to 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Syteline or IFS.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Proven success balancing operational goals while working within collective agreement requirements.




- Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
