We specialize in acquiring, developing, and operating high-end resort properties in some of Western Canada’s most sought-after destinations. We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator to support our capital-raising efforts, manage our growing investor database, and serve as a key point of contact for our private equity partners, institutional investors, and fractional real estate owners.

Position Summary The Investor Relations Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining investor confidence and streamline capital communication pipelines. This position balances financial data coordination (tracking capital calls, distributions, and project updates) with high-end marketing and hospitality logistics (managing site visits, investor presentation decks, and premium hospitality experiences). You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure our stakeholders are fully engaged with our development pipeline, construction milestones, and financial returns.

Key Responsibilities

- Investor Communications & Project Updates: Draft and coordinate the distribution of monthly or quarterly project construction updates, financial performance summaries, and property performance metrics to existing investors.
- CRM & Investment Data Management: Maintain the company’s investor relations platform (e.g., Juniper Square, AppFolio, Irwin, or custom CRM). Track capital deployment, upcoming capital calls, distributions, tax documentation (T5s/K-1s), and historical investor interactions.




- Fundraising Support & Capital Campaigns: Support executive leadership during recent fund launches and capital-raising phases. Organize digital data rooms, manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and ensure prospective investors receive all necessary subscription agreements and offering memoranda.
- Premium Event Logistics & Property Tours: Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for investor annual meetings, project groundbreakings, and property site tours in regional resort locations (e.g., Canmore, Banff, Columbia Valley).
- Marketing & Asset Creation: Help update, design, and format high-quality investor pitch decks, regional market research reports, property fact sheets, and digital investment content.
- First-Line Inquiry Gatekeeper: Act as the professional, prompt, and hospitable first point of contact for all investor inbound emails and calls, resolving routine inquiries or escalating complex investment questions to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Commerce, Hospitality Management, or Communications.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in investor relations, real estate development, private wealth management support, private equity, or commercial brokerage administration.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic financial templates) and PowerPoint (creating visually stunning, professional pitch decks). Experience with real estate investment management CRMs is highly valued.
- Communication Style: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric, hospitality-driven approach to client services. Team commitment is critical.

Preferred Assets

- A baseline understanding of real estate metrics (e.g., NOI, IRR, cap rates) or private placement regulations in Alberta (ASC).
- Willingness to occasionally travel to regional resort properties for site visits or investor hosting events.
- An interest in pursuing real estate development certifications or professional investor relations designations (CIRI).
