Position Overview:

Your role as an IT Field Technician for Graydon Electrical will be to travel directly to client locations or remote facilities to install, maintain, and repair physical hardware, networks, and software infrastructure. We will be asking the candidate to have a robust customer-facing technical lead who can represent Graydon Electrical Ltd. professionally onsite.

The opportunity is for a Field Technician Lead who will oversee retail technology deployment projects, coordinate installation teams, and serve as the primary onsite representative for Graydon Electrical Ltd. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise, project ownership, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Location & Travel Requirements

- Travel to different locations throughout Terrace and other cities around.
- Must be willing to stay on different locations when needed.

Skills and Qualifications · Previous experience leading installation crews or functioning as a lead technician.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.





· Experience with network hardware installation and troubleshooting.

· Experience with POS, CCTV, AV, and retail technology deployments.

Education requirements

- CompTIA A+
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar position

Pay: $21.06-$48.72 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
