This role reports to the Director of Project Management.ResponsibilitiesUnderstands the scope of work across an assigned account, as well as the project plan at an individual project levelFacilitates interdepartmental negotiation process to reach alignment on project resources and timelinesAligns with Department Resource Managers to assign resources and ensure effective time management throughout a project life cycleContinually monitors projects to ensure deliverables are on schedule and within scopeCollaborates with Account team to obtain client sign-off on project plans when neededPrepares for all legal and regulatory submissionsWorks closely with department leads on forecasting and future resource planning on assigned accountsBuilds partnerships and is persuasive/diplomatic in difficult situationsEnsures client requests are captured, executed, and exceed expectationPartners with project stakeholders to ensure quality assurance standards and best practices are in placeResponsible for raising and maintaining awareness of all project issues and risks, and works with appropriate stakeholders to develop solutionsExpert in managing a high volume of work in a rapid-paced and ever-changing environmentActs as an internal hub of project information for assigned accountsMaintains a proficient level of brand(s)



knowledgeQualificationsProven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly learn new technology4+ years of project management experience, in pharmaceutical advertising or medical educationExpertise of project management techniques with a proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk mitigation, hours and reportingAbility to lead and manage multiple projects and project coordinatorsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to "think on your feet" and resolve issues quickly with little to no direction from supervisors; makes good judgments and renders solid decisionsExperience with the pharmaceutical business medical-legal regulations process preferredFamiliarity and proficiency with the principles of emotional intelligenceExcellent administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of basic project management softwareSalary Range$90,000 - $130,000 CADWhat We OfferAt BGBx, we invest in our people because exceptional talent drives exceptional work.
