As a member of the Domestic Transportation Operations team at Canadian Tire Corporation, the Team Lead, Domestic Execution will lead a dynamic, fast-paced team supporting Canadian Tire's transportation network across Canada. This leadership role oversees four key functions: Inbound Rail Operations, Vendor Services, Business Analysis, and P44 Movement Superuser Support.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team responsible for Inbound Rail Operations, Vendor Services, Business Analysis, and P44 Movement Superuser support through coaching, performance management, and mentorshipOversee day-to-day transportation operations and support the efficient movement of inbound freight while maintaining strong service for stores, vendors, carriers, distribution centres, and internal business partnersAct as the business lead for transportation visibility solutions, including P44 Movement, by driving platform adoption, user support, data quality, and continuous improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with rail providers, carriers, vendors, operational teams, and technology partners to resolve issues and improve serviceLead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize transportation and vendor service processesDrive AI and automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, increase visibility, and enhance operational efficiencyProvide leadership for business analysis activities including process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, training, and change managementDevelop and improve operational reporting, dashboards, KPIs,
