The Coordinator will prepare well-written, dynamic and market appealing proposals that reflects customer centric and specific themes all while working towards tight time-lines.In this role, the incumbent will work directly with the National Growth Leader, National Marketing Manager as well as the rest of the Sales Enablement team to manage the region's content library and ensure responses, presentations, graphics and visuals are consistently up-to-date and available to the production teams. enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.How you'll make an impactWorks with the Production team to manage RFP responses as projects, including setting and maintaining timelines for successful delivery of proposalsContributes proposal language to ensure incorporation of strategic themes as well as compliance with proposal requirements and RFP requirementsMeets with sales staff and others to review RFP and determine requirements to develop compliant, customized proposalsIdentifies and contacts subject matter experts throughout Gallagher to get accurate information for inclusion in proposals based on requirements and platformsWorks with Creative Designer to create and coordinate illustrations, explanatory tables and/or graphicsDefines, documents, implements and supports continual proposal process improvement including creative writingUtilizes proposal database and previous bids to provide compliant proposal responsesProvides updated proposal information for inclusion into RFP databasePossesses a strong marketing aptitude that supports market leading production of proposals & presentationsWorks with the National Growth Leader to collect and analyze sales and market data including win ratioCollaborates with National Growth Leader to establish RFP response KPIsAbout you2-3 years of marketing & communications experience; experience in developing original material for publication or competitive evaluation and prior proposal experience is a plusBilingualism in both French and English is requiredGeneral knowledge of proposal & presentation processesExperience supporting group benefits programs is considered an assetProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Copilot, with the ability to leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and efficiencyOutstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple functions within the organizationSuperior writing and communication skillsAdept at creating presentation decks that are innovative and appeal to prospective customersAbility to work closely with multi-functional teams to develop a customer-specific proposal & presentation strategyStrong organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, matrix environmentAbility to create new proposal text by meeting with subject matter experts or using reference documentsCompensation and benefitsAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
