You will work directly with management on business decisions, implement best practices, strengthen internal controls, and develop a high-performing finance team in a fast-growing, multi-site environment.You will be directly involved in all accounting and finance related activities of the company, including financial policies, practices and controls. The right person will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes aren't always perfect – yet. You'll bring structure and accountability, but you'll also understand the realities of a high‐growth, technology‐first business. You'll demonstrate high leadership to steward changes with the team.What You'll OwnOversee entire accounting operations function and financial controlsOwn entire month-end and year-end process, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely reportingLead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency,
