Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Diagnose vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs using industry-standard techniques and tools
- Perform collision repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, dent removal, and refinishing
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use




- Complete detailed repair reports, documentation, and communicate progress with supervisors

Experience

- Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience in collision repair required
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required
- Prior experience working with automotive repair or collision repair shops required
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and repair procedures effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices in a workshop environment
