Mack Construction Services Ltd. is seeking a reliable and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, operates safely, and can work both independently and as part of a crew.

This position is temporary with the potential to become full time.

We work across a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, and utility scopes. The successful candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards on every job.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Complete required documentation (daily reports, inspections, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades

Qualifications

- Valid Alberta Journeyman Electrician Certificate




- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant field experience
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (clean abstract required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Assets

- Experience in utility or infrastructure projects
- First Aid & Fall Protection certifications
- Experience working in remote or fast-paced project environments
- Experience in commercial construction
