Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Hand Electrician to oversee and coordinate project tasks within our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in commercial electrical work in construction, and renovation, along with the ability to read and understand blueprints. As a Lead Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

- Supervise and lead a team of workers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction and electrical tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout all phases of work.




- Assist in training new team members on proper techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction plans.
- Experience as a commercial and residential electrician or in related electrical fields.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation.
- Strong maintenance person skills with experience in renovation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
