Junior AutoCAD Drafter — Part-Time

BC Restaurant Builders Inc. | Vancouver area | 15–25 hours per week | $22–$28 per hour

We’re looking for a junior drafter to help prepare drawings for commercial kitchen and restaurant projects. Students and people early in their drafting career are welcome. You don’t need restaurant experience—we’ll teach you our equipment and drawing standards.

What you’ll do

- Prepare and revise kitchen equipment layouts and drawing details
- Update drawings from markups
- Occasionally visit job sites to take measurements and check existing conditions
- Keep drawing files organized and coordinate with our team

What we’re looking for

- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D drafting




- Ability to read architectural floor plans and take accurate site measurements
- Attention to detail, explicit communication, and willingness to learn
- Availability for occasional site visits in the Vancouver area
- Revit experience is an asset, but not required

This is a part-time role with the possibility of working from home between site visits. Please send your résumé and one or two drawing samples. Student projects are welcome. Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
