We design, manufacture, and install premium architectural panel products, composite aluminum panels, metal cladding, and roofing for major commercial, institutional, and high-rise projects across North America.

What You Will Do As a Junior Estimator, you will learn to accurately project the costs of large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Plan Analysis: Review project scopes, architectural blueprints, specifications, and addendums.
- Digital Take-offs: Produce detailed material take-offs from architectural plans using industry-standard software.
- Cost Calculation: Estimate total project requirements, including materials, labour, and manufacturing costs.
- Procurement Support: Source and collaborate with manufacturers and distributors to secure competitive material pricing.




- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, fabrication, and project management to ensure accurate, professional bids.
- Bid Management: Submit and track active bids, draft Requests for Information (RFIs), and attend pre-tender site meetings.

What you bring:

- Education: A recently completed college diploma or degree in an architectural or construction-related field (e.g., Architectural Technologies, Civil Engineering Tech).
- Technical Skills: The ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural drawings and specifications.
- Software Aptitude: Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu or similar digital take-off software is a robust asset (we will train you!).
- Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills to confidently interact with peers, suppliers, and clients.
- Mindset: A strong focus on deadlines, the ability to juggle multiple project tasks, and an eager-to-learn attitude.
- Bonus Points: Any prior construction field experience or knowledge of adjacent trade industries.
