Robert Nash Excavating, a proudly family-run excavation and site services company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team.

Our projects range from residential site prep to larger-scale commercial developments throughout Lansdowne, Gananoque and the surrounding area.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key supporting role in both the planning and execution of our projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, take-offs, and bids
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability
- Helping schedule equipment, materials, and labor for job sites
- Communicating project details between the office, field crews, and clients
- Supporting permit applications, site logistics, and document management
- Visiting job sites as needed to assist with planning and progress tracking





What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, has a sharp attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team that gets the job done right. Here’s what helps you stand out:

- 1–3 years of construction or estimating experience preferred (but not required)
- Familiarity with excavation, site work, or civil construction a big plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, Excel, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites as needed

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
