Attesa Homes is looking for a motivated and dependable Junior Site Superintendent to join our growing construction team.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys residential construction, problem-solving, working with trades, and helping keep job sites organized and moving efficiently. The Junior Site Superintendent will work closely with our Site Superintendent and construction team to assist with the day-to-day coordination and quality control of our residential projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the daily coordination and supervision of residential construction sites
- Help ensure construction stays on schedule and meets Attesa Homes' quality standards
- Coordinate and communicate with trades, suppliers, and internal team members
- Complete regular site inspections and identify deficiencies or items requiring attention
- Assist with quality control throughout the construction process
- Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and handyman-type work when required
- Help prepare homes for inspections, walkthroughs, and possession
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Assist with material deliveries and ensure required materials are available on site
- Communicate construction progress, concerns, and scheduling issues to the Site Superintendent
- Help ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, building codes, and safety requirements
- Assist with and complete hands-on construction work as required, including frost walls and basement developments
- Complete other site-related duties as required

Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence and clean driver's abstract required
- Previous experience in residential construction is preferred
- Carpentry, construction, or handyman experience is considered a robust asset
- Must be able to construct frost walls and complete basement developments
- Knowledge of municipal, provincial, and national building codes




- General understanding of residential construction practices and building processes
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in an active construction environment
