Note this role is located at our beautiful Station Square shopping mall in Metrotown.Have a knack for fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders – tenants and shopping centre customers, suppliers and the property teamHave proven that you are highly capable of multi-taskingAre an independent self-starter with a strong work ethicAre a forward-thinking problem-solver with the confidence to take charge and initiateYou willBe accountable for the day-to-day operations of a 450,000 square foot outdoor shopping centre, including 150,000 sf of office space, and ensure it is well maintained and operated to Anthem standardsCoordinate completion of all maintenance tasks by scheduling daily work assignments for team membersDevelop and oversee implementation and maintenance of a computerized preventative maintenance programMonitor performance and trouble shoot mall HVAC, electrical, mechanical, life safety, vertical transportation and other equipmentOversee performance of required legislative and diagnostic testing on equipment (i.E. emergency generator, sprinkler flows, etc.)Oversee construction and service contractors work for quality of workmanship and adherence to scope of work, and meet with contractors, as requiredEnsure maintenance logs and schedules are completedLead of the maintenance team and provide supervision to direct reports, including performance discussionsOversee the adherence to the company's health and safety policies, manage investigations of environmental and health and safety incidents, reporting and oversight of team trainingAssist with preparation and implementation of annual operating and capital budgetsEstablish strong relationships with tenants and provide a proactive, exemplary level of serviceWork collaboratively with other team members in leasing, asset management and construction,
